What to Bring to Your First Class
🔹 Clothing:
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that allow you to move freely.
Recommended:
– a fitted top (ideally showing your belly so you can see your body work),
– leggings (they help you clearly see your movement in the mirror — better than loose pants).
The most important thing is to feel comfortable and unrestricted.
🔹 Footwear:
You can dance barefoot, in socks, or in soft dance shoes — whatever feels best for you.
🔹 Water:
Bring a bottle of water — you can refill it at the Vipe Space studio.
🔹 Optional:
You can bring a small notebook if you’d like to jot down movement names or personal notes after class.
🔹 Arrival time:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts so you have time to change and get settled. This helps us start on time and without stress.

Come with a light heart and open mind. If it’s your first class — don’t worry if everything doesn’t click right away. That’s totally normal!
