Get ready for an unforgettable night of movement, magic, and pure emotion at JBelly’s 4th Annual Student–Professional Showcase: The Pulse of Passion — نبض الشغف (pronounced Nabd ish-shaghaf), coming to New York Live Arts on February 7th, 2026.
This year’s theme is inspired by the heartbeat of dance itself. In Levantine Arabic, Nabd means pulse, the rhythm that lives inside us — and ish-shaghaf means passion, the fire that drives what we love. Together, “The Pulse of Passion” reflects the emotional spark that transforms movement into meaning.

Bellydance Revival
3 days of dance workshops with Ebony, Kami Liddle, Suhaila, Zoe Jakes, Elizabeth Khard and Pixie Fordtears on January 16th, 17th and 18th and 3 days of shows!
Open stage Performances 5 pm to 10 pm Sunday Jan 18th with sign ups open to everyone that applies, first come, first scheduled. 10-15$ admission. Link to sign up below.
Zoe Jakes House of Tarot with be presented on Friday and Saturday night, tickets 25-35$ sliding scale admission
Vending all day Saturday and Sunday! We will be surrounded by beauty as Foolproof designs and Melodia Designs (more TBA) will be selling their wares!
