Course Structure:
• 1. Warm-up — Full Body
It is recommended to always start the class with a warm-up to prepare the muscles and joints for further work. This is an important stage before practicing technique, especially when the technique requires time and concentration.
• 2. Basic Posture
In this lesson, we carefully analyze how to properly position the legs and torso to effectively work on basic isolations. A correct foundation is the key to successfully executing any movements.
• 3. Lines
We study movements in relation to lines in space. This helps build conscious movement and understand the direction and level of execution of elements.
• 4. Triangles
Based on the lines learned, we examine the structure of three-dimensional movements. Using triangles, we work on coordination and volume in dance.
• 5. Circles
We learn to smoothly connect points of movement in space. Special attention is paid to isolations and smooth transitions.
• 6. Eights
We thoroughly break down eights with the head, rib cage, and hips. We learn to embed the movement into the body so that it becomes expressive and fluid.
• 7. Waves – Basic Elements of Fusion Bellydance
These are some of the most beloved movements in the course. In this lesson, we begin mastering waves, which are the foundation of fusion bellydance.
• 8. Arm wave
We work through the wave movement point by point, paying attention to every detail for maximum clarity and expressiveness.
• 9. Silent Dancing
A practical lesson: I demonstrate, you repeat. We practice basic elements in small combinations, reinforcing the knowledge gained.
• 10. Choreography
Based on the basic elements, we create a small dance composition in the fusion bellydance style, combining technique and artistry.
